This quilt is a collection of naturally dyed indigo pieces, over dyed vintage bank bags and clothing remnants; it is on display, with alluring indigo blues.
The quilt top and back is made from both cotton and linen fabric, and machine pieced. The batting is 100% wool. Sashiko thread was used for the hand stitching as well as for the boro stitched patches. The binding is denim.
This quilt was handmade and hand dyed by me under my previous business name — Patterned Goods Co. The stitched on label represents that name.
